        The maximum term for cashback accrual is 90 calendar days. If during this period your account have not been credited with a cashback, please contact our support team.

    • Is cashback accrued if the order is paid for with a card with cashback function?
      • Depending on the store, when paying for an order with such a card, you may not receive a cashback to your Hello CashbackTM account, since it is not profitable for the store to provide a cashback for the card and reward us for the same order.
        Also, some stores will not provide cashback if you use their internal bonus programs, loyalty programs that operate on your current account in the store, when placing an order.

    • Will cashback be accrued if I pay only for a part of the order?
      • It depends on the store where you place your order. Usually, if you pay for a part of the order, stores give cashback for the part of the order that you paid for.
        Cashback may be rejected when ordering on AliExpress, if a dispute with the seller is opened or funds are partially refunded.

    • Will there be a cashback when ordering through a smartphone?
